Advancing social change many projects at a time
Nonprofit Organization for Philanthropic Initiatives (formerly NOPI - Nonprofit Incubator) is led by women and members of the LGBTQ+ community. We aim to provide comprehensive support and accelerate the impact of informal charitable projects, pending nonprofits, and established nonprofit organizations in need. Through our wrap-around services, we strive to empower organizations of all sizes to make a positive difference in their communities and beyond.
Our services aim to enhance the nonprofit sector's capacity to address social inequities in key areas such as climate change, education, mental health, healthcare, housing, and employment.
By supporting organizations working in these critical fields, we aim to foster positive change and help build a more just and equitable society.
Independent nonprofits and informal charitable programs are the backbone of the nonprofit sector, playing a critical role in providing essential services such as economic mobility, healthcare, and education to communities in need. Unfortunately, many of these programs struggle to access the resources and support they need to fulfill their missions.
Since 2017, NOPI has been working to bridge this gap by providing over 10,000 hours of technical assistance and training to more than 100 philanthropic programs. We aim to empower individuals and organizations to create positive change in their communities and beyond. We strive to build a more equitable and just society for all by supporting these invaluable initiatives.
