Through our innovative approach to nonprofit support, our leadership helps accelerate change across multiple causes simultaneously. The mission of the NOPI Board of Directors is to provide governance, furtherance, and oversight of NOPI’s mission to help nonprofits in need. Through fiduciary and ethical guidance, the NOPI Board of Directors is committed to serving nonprofit leaders with inclusivity, experience, and care. We are committed to creating a board that is representative of the nonprofit sector’s diverse leadership and the communities they serve.
Stephanie Stevens, Board President
Stephanie seeks to lend her extensive strategic planning, leadership, and market research experience to consult with nonprofits that need to get to the next level. With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including VP of Research with the American Marketing Association. In addition to her role on NOPI’s board, she currently volunteers with So Others May Eat as a CET instructor working with under-housed and/or unemployed individuals in need of career assistance working towards professional designation.
Keysha Taylor, Treasurer
HR Generalist, The Pittsburg Foundation
As a finance board committee member for Mariposa Food Co-op and financial literacy coach Clarifi, Keysha hopes to apply her experience and education in operations and HR to help nonprofits improve business practices. Keysha is a recent graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) focused on Entrepreneurship and Small Business Operations.
Diana Rastegayeva
Chief of Staff, Global Portfolio Strategy at Foundation Medicine
Diana Rastegayeva is the founder of MA COVID Vaccination Help, a volunteer-led, nonprofit organization that helped eligible individuals book vaccine appointments in MA from February to June 2021, when vaccine supply was scarce and the process of booking appointments was complex. Their mission was to increase vaccine equity by focusing on those who have been disproportionately impacted by COVID or underserved in the vaccine rollout. Diana is currently the Chief of Staff in Global Portfolio Strategy at Foundation Medicine (FMI), a cancer genomics company owned by Roche. Before joining FMI, Diana held a variety of roles at Kaleido Biosciences, a biotech developing novel therapies that modulate the gut microbiome, including as Head of New Product Planning. Diana started her career as a consultant at McKinsey and Company, where she spent more than 6 years in both New York and Boston working with large companies on healthcare strategy and other related topics. Diana holds a B.A. in Economic History from Barnard College in New York City.
Amanda LaFleur
Founder & Executive Director, NOPI
Amanda is the Co-Founder and former Executive Director of the International Association for Premenstrual Disorders (IAPMD), Co-founder of Bake for Equality, and founding board member of the forthcoming Boston LGBTQ+ Museum. With over a decade of entrepreneurial experience in the for and nonprofit sectors, Amanda is eager to assist new nonprofit leaders in their success.
Melissa Wasilik
Program Officer, NOPI
Melissa is a seasoned career executive assistant with over two decades of administrative expertise. Recognized for her commitment to efficiency, discretion, and professionalism, she has supported C-suite executives across diverse sectors, including public administration, healthcare, and telecommunications.
