International Association for Premenstrual Disorders is a not-for-profit organization that aims to inspire hope and end suffering for those affected by Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) and Premenstrual Exacerbation (PME) through peer support, education, research, and advocacy. iapmd.org
Challenges
As the need for IAPMD’s peer support and clinical education programs continue to grow, so does the organization’s need for administrative and technical support. With leadership and volunteers dedicated to the delivery of program services to 22.5k+ individuals worldwide, using multiple platforms to achieve IAPMD’s goals creates a steep learning curve and limited funds for technical training.
Solution
Connected by the organization’s co-founders, NOPI and IAPMD work together monthly to manage bookkeeping, financial reports, IT platforms, and a donor database. NOPI provides IAPMD with the management of Quickbooks, Salesforce, and Zapier to automate everyday tasks. Working with NOPI frees up IAPMD leadership to focus on the delivery of program services while scaling up operations to meet the needs of the community they serve.
“Amanda [at NOPI] is a master at identifying and leveraging technology to collect and organize information and data in order to help organizations make smart decisions and improve impact.”

Impact
In 2020, NOPI provided 240.5 affordable hours of nonprofit administrative and technical support to IAPMD. This support has alleviated the need to hire additional staff, train existing staff, or pull existing resources away from vital programs.
