About this event
In this 90-minute webinar, Dr. Bev Browning will talk about the required roles of a nonprofit organization's board of directors. It's not always easy to get your board on board and have them operating as a Board on Fire, making proactive decisions, and contributing 10-15 hours per month carrying out their board responsibilities. Dr. Browning has trained nonprofit boards throughout North America, and most share the same failure-to-perform habits. It's not always the entire board; it's one of two board members that want to be on your board in name only.
