Massachusetts Association for Gifted Education (MAGE)
MAGE supports families with gifted children in Massachusetts. The education system in Massachusetts focuses on the middle of the pack and often the needs of gifted students are unaddressed leading to students who are bored, disengaged, unmotivated and often lonely. MAGE provides a community for these families, offering advice for programs, events for finding community and online platforms for sharing resources. MAGE will support families as they advocate for their children's needs in the schools. MAGE also performs teacher training online and in person. MAGE tries to level the playing field so that all students can be met where they are at.
