Detroit Institute for Law and Organizing
Our mission is to develop, pilot, and run campaigns in Detroit to combat anti-Black racism related to dispossession and displacement from housing and other property – and then provide templates, tools, and technology to partner organizations in cities nationwide to bring those campaigns to their communities.
DILO’s unique strategy combines research, law, and power-building campaigns to help impacted communities produce structural change.
